Dear Coach,

My schedule shows that we are competing against each other at Bloom Trail High School, on February 28th @ 4:30 PM.

There will be a Coaches Meeting @ 4:15 p.m. at the start/finish line. Scratches Only, heat sheets will be available. The meet will be timed by IlPrepTopTiming.com

Field events (throws and high jump) will begin promptly @ 4:30 p.m., and FAT Timed Finals at 6:00 PM.

* The indoor surface at Bloom Trail High School is 150m (10 2/3 laps to the mile),


Only rubber (indoor) shot puts are allowed on the surface area.

1/4 inch pyramid spikes are allowed, anything longer will be refused

Coaches please buy your own in advance.. - Starting blocks will be provided. Flats are of course welcome.

* Locker room facilities will not be provided, and bathroom space is limited. -


* There will be a limit of Three entries per event, and Two entry per relay.


All Timed FAT Finals.

With two Relays allowed, only 1 will be scored, but will receive metals as they place)

Entries ONLINE and LIVE Results from IlPrepTopTiming.com and search for Friday Night Lights.

Awards: Medals for Varsity will be awarded and Team Plaque for 1st Place.

You will need to provided a FIELD EVENT WORKER when you arrive at the meeting.

All guest other than athletes will be charged admission:

ADULT - $4.00 STUDENTS - $2.00

The Doors will be open at 3:15 p.m., and please enter through the East Side of the Fieldhouse on Cottage Grove. There is parking on both sides of the building.
