Entries
Unlimited entries per event. Due to the anticipated number of athletes expected per event we will now be using Milesplit as our entry system. Choose HF Girls Indoor Mini-invite and input your entries. Entries must be received by 12:00 p.m Wednesday, February 19th. Changes can be made on Friday, but we need the kids entered in to make the meet run as smoothly as possible.

Adults: $5, Students w/ ID: $2
We plan to have a concession stand during the meet
Workers
To facilitate the running of the meet, we do request that you provide a coach to help with the running of field events, cutlines, and exchange zones.

General Information
The track is a 6-lane 200-meter mondo surface with 8-lanes down the straight.
Long jump and pole vault runways have the same surface.
NO SPIKES allowed! Plastic/ rubber bottoms with no spikes in them are allowed.
Shot put will be thrown on a wood surface in the turf field.
High jump will be on the infield on a multipurpose surface. Rubber soled shoes only.
We will not have locker room facilities available. Washrooms will be available to your athletes.
Team camps should be made in the turf room or along the outer walls away from the bleachers.
No Gum, Candy, Drinks with Dye in the Fieldhouse
We intend to use F.A.T. for all running events
Scoring will be: 8-6-4-2-1 for individual events and 8-6-4-2 for relays
The 400, 600, 4x200 and 4x400 relays are a 3 turn stagger.
The 800, 1600, 3200, and 4x800 relay will be run off as a waterfall start.
Participation rules -- IHSA limitation rule is in effect -- any athlete may participate in only four events including relays. All other IHSA rules will be strictly enforced.
We will be running this meet as two levels f/s and Varsity. Our feeling is its about getting kids experience on a great track.
