Dear Coach,
My schedule shows that we are competing against each other at Bloom High School, on February 22nd @ 9:00 a.m.
There will be a Coaches Meeting @ 8:30 a.m. at the start/finish line. Scratches Only, heat sheets will be available. (If you have changes on Friday, send me an email in advance.)
Field events (Shot, Pole Vault, LJ, and High) will begin promptly @ 9:00 a.m. F/S 3200 at 10:30 (We may combine with Varsity if few participants) Rolling Schedule to Follow.
Only rubber (indoor) shot puts are allowed on the surface area.
1/4 inch pyramid spikes are allowed, anything longer will be refused
Coaches please buy your own spikes in advance. - Starting blocks will be provided. Flats are of course welcome.

Awards: Medals for Varsity and F/S will be awarded and a Plaque for 1st Place at each Level
You will need to provided a FIELD EVENT WORKER when you arrive at the meeting.
All guest other than athletes will be charged admission:
ADULT - $4.00 STUDENTS - $2.00
The Doors will be open at 8:00 a.m., and please enter through the West side of building.

* The indoor surface at Bloom High School is 150 meters (10 2/3 laps to the mile), Mondo surface.

* Locker room facilities will not be provided, and bathroom space is limited. - We will compete on both the F/S & Varsity levels. - The order will be F/S then Varsity other than Long Jump & Triple which will go Varsity then F/S
* There will be a limit of Three entries per event (other than Field Events, where we will allow for 4), and Two entry per relay per level (only scoring one per team but medals will be distributed by place).
