Entries: All entries must arrive by 11:59 am on Thurssday, March 19th to www.milesplit.com You will
have to create a free account to enter your athletes.
Illinois prep top timing will be providing FAT timing. http://ilpreptoptiming.com/

Limitations: 2 Entries per Individual event and 1 Relay (Each athlete is limited to four events)
Adult Workers: Each program (2 workers if both B/G teams are attending (1 from each program) and 1 if 1 team is
attending) is to provide one adult field event/exchange zone worker. We will try to honor you requests. (1st come 1st serve) Please send request to Coach Plotke no later than 3/12/19 tplotke@lhs210.net
Scratches: All coaches are to report to the hospitality room to pick up packets and make scratches. Please do this by 8:00 am
Spikes: Athletes may wear 1/8 or 1/4 pin spikes. *No spikes should be worn on basketball courts* Flats may also be worn
Starting Blocks: Lemont High School will provide all starting blocks.
Scoring: 10-8-6-4-2-1 (Relays and Individuals)
Awards: Medals 1st thru 3rd Place, Plaques will be awarded to top 2 teams
Concessions: The Lemont Athletic Boosters will provide a concession stand.
