Competing in the indoor portion of the Spartans' schedule, Capshaw took home a pair of third-place medals at the Lewis University Dick Pond Open last weekend. His 13.52 meters in the shot put and 13.85 meters in the weight throw set a pair of personal records as a Spartan.
Next action for Capshaw and the Spartan men's track and field team comes on Saturday, January 22, 2011, when they travel to the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater Invitational. Meet time is set for 10:00 a.m. in Whitewater, Wis.
