CHICAGO – Chicago State University women's track and field announces that it will hold open time trials for the upcoming 2010-11 season on Monday, Sept. 27 and Wednesday, Sept. 29 at 3 p.m. The trials will be held at the CSU outdoor track outside of the Emil and Patricia Jones Convocation Center.
The trials are open to all CSU female students who wish to be a part of the Cougars' track and field program. All interested participants must have proof of a current physical, proof of NCAA Eligibility Clearinghouse registration, and bring proper attire (i.e. running shoes, sweats, etc.) in order to participate in the time trials.
Participants will be timed in the following events: 100-meter dash, 200-meter dash, 400-meter dash and 800-meter run. The results from the trials will be sent via e-mail.
