Girls: Klarke Goranson (So., Manteno) gets the only elite performance in 18:06; Chicago Christian over Manteno 54-57 for the team title.
Boys: Holden Gerdes (Jr., Prairie Central) wins regional title with a time of 16:03; Herscher takes the team win, scoring 29 points.

Girls: For some teams, things kick off on a Friday due to Jewish sabbath observance. Only three teams entered, and all advanced to the sectional round: Skokie (Ida Crown), Winnetka North Shore Country Day, and Chicago (Acero). Addison Williams (Chicago FW Parker) runs 19:51 for the victory.

Boys: Chicago FW Parker scored 63 points, and Xavier Radi (So) of Chicago Wolcott won the individual title with a time of 16:24.

Girls: One of the few 5000m layouts, Kyla Babb (Sr., Westmont) cruised the rugged course in 18:13. Elgin Harvest Christian Academy wins the team title with 60 points.

Boys: Luca Bryja (Sr., HCA) won in 16:00, and his teammates were all in the top 10, scoring 25 points.

Girls: Klaire Eighner (Sr., Manteno) won her second regional title in a row, this one by 33 seconds in 17:03. Delavan beat Pleasant Plains by the slimmest margins 55-56.

Boys: Coriell Green (Jr., Delavan) took home individual honors with a time of 14:50. #6 Clinton won by nearly 50 points with a score of 50.

Girls: Freshman Kasyn Jibben of Havana ran her 12th race of the season, setting a personal best of 18:21. Lewistown put all five scorers in the top 10 and scored 33 points for the win.

Boys: Freshman Karter Chenoweth of Astoria took home individual honors in 16:08. Lewistown defeated Beardstown 39-41.

Girls: Audrey Dickinson (Fr., Illini Bluffs) runs a personal best 17:36; #20 Knoxville beats #2 Eureka, who held back 72-83.
Boys: #1 Eureka held its horses back but still finished second to #5 El Paso-Gridley 41-47. The Hornets' senior Gavin Stalter was the winner in 14:52.

Girls: Isabella Keller (Jr., Effingham St. Anthony) finally matched up with teammate Aubrey Denning (Jr) and the result was vastly in favor of Keller, who clocked 16:35 and won by nearly a minute. Keller appears to be in pristine championship form. Marshall won the team title, scoring 42 points.

Boys: Cameron Roedl (Jr., Cumberland) nearly eclipsed his personal best, running 15:45 and winning the crown. Effingham St. Anthony eeks by Cumberland 33-35.

Girls: Senior Tessa Bowers led #1 Shelbyville with a win in 17:06. The Rams took care of the rest, putting four runners in the top 10 and scoring 33 points.
Boys: Defending state champion Chaz Oberkfell (Sr., Gillespie) ran a season-best 14:38 and cruised to the title. Expect to see him turn it up another notch at the sectional round. Oberkfell's team was also the team champion w/52 points.

Girls: Belleville Althoff is 11 points better than Breese Mater Dei, 49-60. Gianna Stassi (Jr., Roxana) wins in 18:22. 
Boys: #12 Edwardsville (Metro-East Lutheran) scored 40 points for the easy victory. 

Girls: #6 Anna-Jonesboro put on one of the most dominating performances regardless of the weekend. The Wildcats scored a perfect 15 points, and all seven runners finished in the top 10. Jadyn Gerardi (Jr) wins easily in 17:59.

Boys: Murphysboro takes the top three spots en route to a 26-point output. Junior Edgar Garcia won in 15:29.

Girls: Caroline Tepe (Sr., Owakville) has only one loss this season, and it didn't happen this time. Tepe won by nearly 40 seconds in 18:58. Columbia is the team champion, scoring 57 points.

Boys: Caiden Cook (Sr., Duquoin) is enjoying a splendid season, winning multiple races this season. He cruised to a 34-second win in 15:28. #10 Pinckneyville placed five runners in the top 10 and copped the win with 25 points.

Girls: Abagail Baumann (Sr., Rockford Lutheran) ran 16:12 to win on the 2.85-mile layout. #3 Winnebago put four runners in the top five, and the rest was history. The #3 'Bagos scored 21 points.

Boys: Tim Starwalt (Sr., Byron) clocked 14:17 en route to his first regional title. #2 Rockford Christian went 2-4, led by Evan White (Sr), but still only finished second to #8 East Dubuque 50-52. 

Girls: Emily Downing (Sr., Cambridge) wins by five seconds in 17:17; Stark County scores 72 points for the regional title
Boys: Evan Knobloch takes the regional win in 15:20; Sherrard goes home with the win w/51 points

Girls: "Sunny" Sundara Weber (Sr., Sandwich) may have been holding back a little; she ran fast nonetheless and won by two and a half minutes in 16:40. Weber's teammates came through with tremendous support and brought home the regional title over Genoa-Kingston 49-51.
Boys: Sandwich matched the girls' regional title, with less resistance, scoring 51 points and winning by 29. Landin Stillwell (Sr., Somonauk) wins the individual title by two seconds in 16:07.
