-Batavia is your early-season leader with weapons to work with. They have one of the state's top 4x400 quartets. They also possess the speedster, senior Jonah Fallon, to back up any talk. Scot Parker (Sr) has emerged in the open short sprints, Quintin Lowe (Jr) is proven in the distance races, and Jalen Buckley (Sr) leads the state in the triple jumps. The throws are solid too.
Minooka is still a threat no matter how you look at things. Tyler Colwell (Sr) is a boss in the sprints and on relays. His teammates Zachary Balzer (Jr) and Emerson Fayman (Sr) are solid in the distance arena.
Jalen Johnson (Sr) is the man for Metea Valley's trophy hunts.
