Distance-

Ava Parekh (Sr., Chicago Latin) PBs 10:15.96y, 4:46.20
-Coming off of one of the best cross country seasons by an Illinois runner after winning the 2A title and running a blistering 16:45 5K at the Garmin RunningLane Nationals. Parekh will make her season debut in the 1000m. Described as a "warm-up" for the Millrose Games, racing in a big atmosphere will have a way of sorting itself out and turning into a huge performance. 

Alli Ince (So., Normal Community) 3A 800m and 1600m State Champ 1600m 4:40.85, 800m - 2:03.98

-Expect to see a rejuvenated Ince after a so-so cross country season. Don't put anything past Ince who is a super talented athlete.

Elia Ton-That (Sr., Chicago Northside Prep) PBs 4:56.60, 2:12.58
-2021 IHSA 2A 1600m State Champ will make her debut in the HOKA Mile. Last year after running lights ahead under the radar, Ton-That will be a marked competitor this time.  

Mary Grace Hegberg (Sr., Arlington Heights St. Viator) 10:17.38, 4:45.94
-A good cross country season should springboard into a great indoor track campaign. Hegberg will be ready.

Kaylie Politza (Sr., Valparaiso IN)1600m - 4:52.07, 800m - 2:08.77
-Former Illinois standout had a great transfer season over in Indiana which included a state runner up in the 1600m. Can she crack 2:12 in her season debut?

Katrina Schlenker (Sr., Batavia) 1600 - 4:51.80, 3200 - 10:31.81, 800m - 2:12.49 
-A mainstay on the Illinois scene for four years now. Schlenker is sneaky good!

Bella Domier (So., Grayslake Central) IHSA 2A 800m Runner Up 800m - 2:12.64, 1600m - 5:00.16
-Up and coming star who is just beginning to realize her talent

Ally Kruger (Sr., Liberty Wentzville, MO)1 mile - 5:01.36, 3200m - 10:48.45
-One of Missouri's elite distance runners makes the trek over to Chicago

Kylee King (Oak Park, MI) 400m - 58.04, 800m - 2:11.15, 1 mile - 5:04.02
-One of the top young middle-distance runners in the state of Michigan

Audrey Ginsberg (Jr., Prospect) 600m - 1:38.04, 800m - 2:13.44, 1600 - 5:01.66
-Ran on team's state championship 4x800 relay in 2021

Jordyn Miller (Sr., Mundelein) 400m - 58.5, 600m - 1:37.00, 800m - 2:13.40
-Multi-talented athlete
