Rogers and Lucas Guerra of Highland IN set up the classic billed race at the Gately Indoor Track & Field Center. It was the CYUP Cabin Fever Invite and these two stallions engaged in a battle rarely seen since the 1970s on Illinois soil. A heavyweight bout that could have gone either way. However, Rogers hit full-throttle on the final circuit and came home with one of the fastest ever two-mile times in 9:00.21- the second-fastest time in the country!
