Coaches: The coach list has closed after being open for five days, We WILL NOT accommodate anyone who is not on the list as capacity limits have been reached. I understand many coaches out there know the meet managers, but the facility staff do not know you, they will only know the list they are given. Here are coach entry times:

Plus One: Anyone who did not sign up will not be accommodated, an email will be sent out with entry times. You must exit the arena after the event you signed up for is over. You may receive multiple emails for the multiple events that you may have signed up for.  Due to capacity limitations, we had to know in advance of the event how many people will be in the building. Again we WILL NOT accommodate anyone who is not on a list.

Waivers: Please print and bring it to the meet to expedite the entry process. Coaches, athletes, or any spectator needs a waiver. PLEASE have the waiver, everything including an athlete's race is on a time schedule, let's not waste time in the lobby. A limited supply will be available on-site
