The 100m was run into a strong headwind otherwise the winning
time would have been much faster. Regardless, it was an impressive showing by a
fleet of America's best sprinters. Isaiah Cunningham (Rancho
Verde, CA) nipped pre-meet hype Chauncy Smart (Auburndale,
FL) for the title. Freshman standout Marcellus Moore of
Plainfield North maybe feeling the remnants of a long season that began in
January. He finished 7th in 10.87.
