On the track COVID-19 took away Nettles' chance to defend her individual titles from 2019, she was the top returner in three events (100H, 300H, High Jump). Nettles could have challenged the 100H (13.97) and 300H (42.57) State Meet Records held by Jenny Kimbro. Her team came into the season ranked preseason #2 in class 1A, she had a shot to bring home one of the three state trophies. Her next stop is the University of Iowa.
