In 2015, the Chicago Public League boys sprint relay corps is at an all-time high on the strength of Phillips and Dunbar. Powered by superb speedsters Demoria Harris (Dunbar), Joseph Branch (Dunbar), Sharvon Johnson (Phillips), and David Munson (Phillips), it was a sureshot display of athleticism at the highest line that delighted the fans.
In this one, it was a close battle in prelim heat #3 that Phillips held off Dunbar 42.24-42.33.
