Outlook: The state's best returner in Appel (187-10) should be heads and shoulders above the field. After taking third in Charleston last spring, the goal is simply to be the best in the ring. In addition, let's watch Appel go for 195-feet in the process.
A lean returning field should not deter the youngsters Hunter Matuch and Tyler Marchert from going for theirs.
