Breakdown: Jordan Tedford, the returning state champion, was a bit of an underdog throughout the early season last year. He'll be a great athlete to watch for this season as he is one of the elite jumpers in the state, just one inch from the top spot. But repeating a state title is always a challenge in itself, especially with the talent shown from his competition. Tristen Tewes specifically will be stiff opposition for Tedford. He finished in fourth at the state meet this past year and will be gunning for an improvement upon that. The competition between these two as well as the rest of the top talent at the state meet will definitely produce something special
