If you are a serious athlete who is not participating this fall in football, cross country, soccer, volleyball, etc... shame on you! This has been a great fall in terms of weather which means you should have been conditioning for the spring. Track and field athletes are notorious for slacking and letting the late summer and good fall months go by without putting in the general and FOUNDATION work. Well, guess what?
