Emma Argo works the anchor leg of the 2018 2A state 4x800 championship

1. Emma Argo (Jr., Eureka) 17:34- Ran 11:45i indoors as a season-best 3200 but never concentrated on any particular individual race. Argo anchored her team to a second place finish in the 2A 4x800 final.
2. Ailey Mitchell (So., Shelbyville) 17:46- Clocked 5:29.91i to place 11th at the Illinois Top Times; only 12:18.80 for 3200m
3. Frankie Chaidez (Fr., Elmhurst Immaculate Catholic) 17:47- 11:39.82i and 5:29.05i at Top Times; 12:24.98 outdoors but no appearance at the state meet
4. Karlie Hey (Fr., Sterling Newman Central Catholic) 17:48- Earned two all-state finishes: 4th- 3200 (11:37.12) & 9th in 1600- personal best 5:15.87 in prelim

7. Faith Houston (Sr., St. Joseph-Ogden) 18:03- no state meet appearance; 2:29 for 800m; 13:37.41 for 3200m
8. Veronica Hein (So., Decatur St. Teresa) 18:03- 15th state/3200m (12:13.45)
10. Natalia Martino (Fr., Winnebago) 18:05- No state meet appearance; High Jump 4'8"; 2:29.35 (800m)
