A. Brayden Hamblen (Sr., Rock Falls) -As last year's third place state finisher (and top returner) currently unbeaten by any 1A
competition, he's the undisputed favorite. Hamblen has a season best of 15:25.
B. Logan Hall (Jr., Arthur)- The supposed heir to Jon Davis' throne is having an outstanding season. Hall has one loss against Class A comp and finished 23rd at the Peoria Richard Spring Invite which was infused with 3A talent. Don't forget Hall busted a 14:48 road three miler. He also earned all-state honors as a sophomore.
C. Tanner Chada (Sr., Hinckney Big Rock) - Former Aurora Christian standout is currently rocking the second fastest classification time in 15:09.
D. Charlie Parrish (Jr., Freeburg) -Finished third in the 1A/2A Peoria Central race. Very likely to go under 15 minutes at
Detweiller.
E. Alex Helmuth (Jr., Monticello)- Has among the top returning times and running consistently well so far this season.
