Grant Nykaza, in his future home, ran a blister 9:07.39, just getting nipped at the line by Mac Macoy by .01 seconds. A seven second PR for the Beecher senior, he is looking great for his apperance at Arcadia in two weeks!
Patrick Perrier set a strong pace early and had a strong finish, crossing the line in fifth with a time of 9:13.14. Below is the interview with Patrick. Both were considering running the 1600m Invitational race as well, but mother nature canceled half of the second day, including that race.
