How has your training been going?

Training is going great! A lot has carried over from last unto this years track season, which has enhanced training for me already. My only complaint would be the ambivalence of Houston weather. It's been a struggle to get a workout in during the colder more rainy days, since I'm so used to the heat the cold is a bit of an obstacle. But none the less, based on my training now this track season promises to be my most enjoyable season yet.

What are you looking forward to the most about Seattle?

The previous year I competed at the Brooks PR Invitational and it was AMAZING from day one. This year I would say I'm looking forward to seeing some of my friends, making new acquaintances, having a good time, and most of all running a personal best against "the fastest of the fastest"!...Oh and the strange but tastey Seattle food.

What are your goals for the meet and for the rest of the season?

My goal for Brooks would be to beat my time from last year and to give an impeccable performance out on the track. As for my goals this track season, I aspire to maintain my rapport, stay healthy, improve my times progressively, and end my senior year with a bang by getting the state record in the 100m hurdles this year.

What music do you listen to before races?

I religiously listen to Jersey Club Music when I warmup because its up beat, and it gets me pumped and ready to run FAST!

If you were stranded on an island with three things what would they be?

If I were stranded on an island I think I would need music, food, and my best friend to help past time.

What is your favorite food?

My favorite food isTex-Mex and anything that tastes yummy and delicious!

What are some things unrunning related people might not know about you?

People don't know that I REALLYYYY like to dance and perform. I'm really into theater and poetry!
