Local Runners Go For State
Cross country runners from six area schools will compete in sectional meets today for the opportunity to advance to the state meet next Saturday in Peoria. The Danville Vikings will be at the IHSA Class 3A sectional in Quincy and Vikings coach Todd Orvis feels the boys team has a chance to make some history.
