BRENTWOOD, Tenn. – Eastern Illinois redshirt sophomore Olivia Klaus has been named the Ohio Valley Conference Female Runner of the Week as the league announced its weekly honors. Klaus placed 13th overall in a competitive field at the Illinois Intercollegiate on Friday evening. She covered the 5K course in a time of 18:34 as the Panthers finished fifth as a team. This marks the second straight week that Klaus has won the OVC's weekly honor.  EIU will be off this week before resuming competition at the Notre Dame Invite on Friday, October 1.
