Pierre's analysis: The performances at Top Times weren't strong enough to cause movement at the top, but some teams did show they have pieces to make a run in May. Neuqua Valley or Homewood-Flossmoor was not penalized for skipping out of Illinois Top Times. Crete-Monee appears to have some good parts as does Bloom and Minooka. Plainfield North will be led by super sophomore Marcellus Moore for the outdoor season. The best of the rest will take care of itself.
